• Cancellation by Customer: If you choose to cancel any service before it has been fully delivered, you may be entitled to a partial refund, depending on the stage of the service delivery. The refund will be based on the work completed up until the cancellation request.

• Non-refundable Services: Certain services such as custom-designed work, third-party software, or products provided by partners may not be eligible for a refund, as per the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel any ongoing service agreement with ElproDigital at any time, but please take note of the following:

• Notice Period: To cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days in advance. If the cancellation notice is provided within 7 days of the service initiation, a pro-rated refund may be available.

• Ongoing Projects: If you cancel during an ongoing project, we will calculate the refund based on the percentage of work completed. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced.

• Subscription-Based Services: For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. If canceled after the billing cycle has been processed, the next cycle’s payment will not be refunded.
